The draft law No. 1769 is aimed at the development of ecological network and its protection.

The draft law offers to introduce amendments into the Laws of Ukraine "On ecological network of Ukraine," "On hunting economy and hunting" and "On nature reserve fund of Ukraine." The amendments should clarify authorities of local self-government bodies as to determination of legal principles and functioning of territories and facilities of nature reserve fund, special use of natural resources within it, as well as they specify the order of establishment or declaration of such territories and facilities.
