Verkhovna Rada Committee for Economic Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into some Laws of Ukraine" (as to executive bodies of legal entities and improvement of investment policy)

The draft law No. 1526 offers to delegate powers of an executive body of a legal entity to other organizations via signing of special agreements.

The adoption of the draft law should facilitate improvement and further development of domestic legal system of corporate management and introduce international experience in the field of corporate relations.
