Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Article 216 of Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine" (as to specification of jurisdiction of National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine)

The draft law offers to specify the jurisdiction of the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine, whose major functions are pretrial investigation into crimes linked to corruption committed by high-ranking officials authorized to fulfill state or local self-government functions.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2873.
