Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Article 282 of Customs Code of Ukraine"

The Law introduces amendments into Item 9, Section 1 of Article 282 of the Customs Code of Ukraine, which exempt from customs fees importation and exportation of documents and publications in the frames of international exchange with archive data in cases envisioned by this Code and other laws on taxation.

The list of archive establishments such documents are headed to is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2659.
