Verkhovna Rada Committee for Economic Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On moratorium on forced sale of property" (as to mechanisms of influence on enterprises-debtors)

The draft law No. 2956 offers not to expand the force of the moratorium set with the Law of Ukraine "On introduction of moratorium on forced sale of property" for application of forced sale of property to redeem debts to the Naftogaz of Ukraine national joint-stock company and its subsidiaries engaged in delivery of natural gas under respective license.
