Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On principles of counteraction and combating corruption" (as to declarants on military service)

In particular, the draft law No. 2608 offers to supplement Section 1, Article 12 of effective law with new item that envisions additional grounds to prolong the term for submission of declaration on property, financial revenues, expenditures and obligations for 2014; to supplement a remark of the appendix of the effective law with item 14 that enshrines the order of submission of declaration on property, financial revenues, expenditures and obligations for 2014 by a declarant, if such declarant cannot obtain information about property, financial revenues, expenditures and obligations of his family member mobilized in compliance with respective decrees of the President of Ukraine.
