Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law

Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine" (as to undercover investigations into actions of court and law enforcement bodies employees)

The draft law offers to supplement Article 247 of the said Code with Section 2, which envisions possibility to eye appeals on permit for holding undercover investigation by respective investigating judge beyond territorial jurisdiction of a pretrial investigation body.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2500.
