The
Verkhovna Rada Committee for Legislative Support to Enforcement has recommended
that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt the said draft law in first reading and as
a basis, having halved the terms for the submission and consideration of
remarks and proposals, and submit it for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada in
second reading.
