Verkhovna Rada Committee for Legal Policy and Justice recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to consolidation of fairness, transparency, timeliness and efficiency of implementation of court rulings)

The draft law No. 2572 was eyed at the Committee meeting on May 20.

The draft law aims to create conditions to protect rights and interests of participants of the process through elimination of disagreements and collisions in the legislation, through setting terms of court authorities in a part of provision of execution letters and through recognition of remarks of the European Court of Human Rights as to systemic violation of its obligations by Ukraine.

The Committee considers that the draft law is in line with major principles of judicial system enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine.
