The draft law No. 2500 is elaborated to prevent from possible cases of adjudgement of illegal rulings or from illegal outflow of information about permit for undercover investigation into actions of court employees and representatives of law enforcement bodies.

The Committee has taken decision to recommend that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis the draft law "On introduction of amendments into Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine."
