Verkhovna Rada Committee for Legal Policy and Justice recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine as to settlement of issue of court ruling copy reception"

Respective issue was eyed at the Committee meeting on May 20.

The draft law No. 1486 was elaborated to improve the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine and the Administrative Procedure Code of Ukraine, which envisage the order of reception of a court ruling copy.

As a result of the consideration, the Committee decided to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada adopt the draft law as a basis.
