Verkhovna Rada deputy group for interparliamentary relations with Japan meets with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ukraine Shigeki Sumi

On May 22, the Verkhovna Rada deputy group for interparliamentary relations with Japan held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ukraine Shigeki Sumi.

Other participants of the meeting were heads of 10 largest Japanese companies currently operating in Ukraine.

The guests from Japan expressed interest in opportunities to invest into energy sector of Ukraine and into the sector of energy saving. They noted that despite some temporary difficulties in Ukraine, Japanese business representatives remain interested in the development and deepening of cooperation with our state.
