Verkhovna Rada Committee for Legal Policy and Justice recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into some Laws of Ukraine" (as to protection of investments and guarantees of activity of limited liability companies)

The draft law No. 1048 offers to introduce amendments into the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On economic entities" aimed at tackling the failure of participants of limited liability companies to fulfill duty as to formation of the statutory capital of their companies.

The Committee has decided to recommend that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt the draft law as a basis and also to urge the Committee to adapt the draft law and further submit it for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada in second reading.
