Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into some Laws of Ukraine as to data on end-beneficiary owner (controller) of legal entity"

The draft law gives legal entities, registered before November 25, 2014, four extra months to submit information about their end-beneficiary owners (controllers).

In opinion of the draft law author the legislative act would allow implementation of respective demands of the law by all registered legal entities.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2896.
