The draft law No. 2775 envisions signature of a contract with director of the executive directorate of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine; specification of names and units of the executive bodies of the Ukrainian Fund for Social Industrial Accidents and Professional Diseases Insurance and the Ukrainian Fund for Social Temporary Disability Insurance.
The draft law also determines a number of measures that have to be fulfilled by the two Funds undergoing reorganization before the final establishment of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine and its working bodies.
Head of the Committee Liudmyla Denisova noted the draft law would have to be adapted before second reading in a part on signature of the contract with the director of the executive directorate of the Fund.
