Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine as to improvement in regulation of relations in road traffic safety"

The draft law offers to introduce amendments into the Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine, Administrative Procedure Code of Ukraine, and the Law of Ukraine "On road traffic."

The amendments envision introduction of automatic registration of road traffic offences with the help of technical means providing photo and video recording.

The draft law also offers to fine owners of vehicles instead of people driving them during an offence.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2562.
