Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On prosecutor's office" (as to improvement and peculiarities of application of specific provisions)

The draft law offers to introduce amendments into Articles 8, 8-1, 11, 13, 15, 39, 41 and 51 of the Law of Ukraine "On prosecutor's office" to determine the list of administrative positions at military prosecutor's offices, Specialized Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office, and the order of assignment to these positions.

The amendments are also destined to determine the assignment to the positions at regional and local prosecutor's offices.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2667.
