The draft law No. 2743 offers to cancel terms of the Budget Code of Ukraine as to:
— participation of the National Bank of Ukraine in elaboration of an outlook on the state budget of Ukraine for the two periods following the planned one/amendments into Section 1, Article 21 of the Code;
— provision (by the National Bank of Ukraine) of the President of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with forecast monetary indicators and information about calculation of a part of the predicted profit before distribution which will be subjected to transfer to the state budget/amendments into Section 2, Article 33 of the Code;
— envisioning of indicators of exchange rate policy within the outlook on the state budget of Ukraine for the two periods following the planned one as well as within the draft Major Budgetary Policy Trends for the following budget period/amendments into Section 1, Article 21 and Section 4, Article 33 of the code.
