The draft law No. 2604 is aimed at implementation of European environmental terms on protection of rare species of flora and fauna, as well as on protection of habitat of the said species put to Red Book of Ukraine.

The draft law offers to introduce amendments into the Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine and Laws of Ukraine "On Red Book of Ukraine," "On wildlife protection," and "On nature reserve fund of Ukraine."
