Verkhovna Rada Committee for Legal Policy and Justice recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On free legal assistance" (as to observance of rights and freedoms of internally-displaced persons)

Participants of the Committee meeting noted that the draft law No. 2373 is aimed at implementation of the constitutional right to legal assistance to persons forced to abandon their homes as a result of temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and circumstances related to holding of anti-terror operation on the territory of Ukraine.
