The draft law No. 2686 offers to entitle servicemen, draft-age persons and part-time servicemen recruited for training and special assembly; as well as persons transferred to the reserve after fulfillment of combat tasks in extreme (combat) conditions for free psychological, medical-psychological rehabilitation at respective centers.
