Verkhovna Rada Committee for Economic Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis and on the whole draft law on introduction of amendments into Article 16 of Law of Ukraine "On privatization of state property" (as to attraction of advisors to privatization)

The draft law No. 2818 offers to rule that the preparation for privatization and sale of a facility can be conducted with the attraction of an advisor (picked via a tender) under respective decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
