Verkhovna Rada adopts law "On introduction of amendments into Article 7 of Law of Ukraine "On state social assistance to needy families, whose members own or lease land plots"

The legislative act excludes Paragraph 4, Section 1 of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On state social assistance to needy families."

In compliance with the said Paragraph the state social assistance to needy families is not granted in case members of such families own or lease a land plot with the area exceeding 0.6 hectare, except for the cases when such land plot is not profit-making for reasons beyond family's control.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1350.
