Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine as to improvement of legal regulation of guarantees"

The draft law offers to improve legal regulation of a guarantee as a mean to ensure implementation of obligations via bringing respective provisions of the Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine in line with each other.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1789.
