Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Mining Law of Ukraine as to specification of order of compensating housing and public utility services costs"

The draft law No. 1634 offers to specify the list of heating types. In compliance with the draft law employees of operating mining enterprises, employees of mining enterprises undergoing liquidation or idling procedures; pensioners, who worked at coal-producing enterprises, disabled people and family members of employees, who were killed at coal enterprises, will have right to obtain state compensation of housing and public utility services costs instead of being provided with free coal for household needs.
