Verkhovna Rada Committee for Human Rights, National Minorities and Inter-Ethnic Relations eyes number of agenda issues

At their meeting on May 20, members of the Committee recommended that the Verkhovna Rada adopt in second reading and on the whole the draft law No. 1901 on introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On citizenship of Ukraine" (as to simplification of order of naturalization of some categories of persons) in a wording offered by the Committee.

A total of seven amendments were considered in the frames of the meeting.

Participants of the Committee meeting on May 20 were Head of the Committee Hryhorii Nemyria, Committee First Deputy Head Valerii Patskan, Committee Deputy Head Heorhii Lohvynskyi, Committee member Vasyl Brenzovych and Committee member Iryna Suslova.
