Verkhovna Rada Committee for Free Speech and Information Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law on introduction of amendments into some Laws of Ukraine (as to improvement of legislative regulation in field of outdoor advertising)

The draft law No. 2702 offers to specify and supplement definitions of the effective Law of Ukraine "On advertising;" clarifies the issues of production, prolongation of effect, annulment and registration of permits for placement of outdoor advertisements in settlements, outside of them and within borders of general automobile roads.

During the discussion, members of the Committee noted that while the preparation of the document for second reading it would be expedient to take in account some provisions of alternative draft law No. 2702-1 on introduction of amendments into some Laws of Ukraine on improvement of legislative regulation in the field of outdoor advertising.
