Verkhovna Rada Committee for Legal Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis and on the whole draft law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine as to improvement of some provisions on judicial system"

Head of the Committee Ruslan Kniazevych said the endorsement of the draft law is required to determine the procedure of oath taking by members of the High Council of Justice.

The draft law No. 2860 offers to introduce amendments into the Laws of Ukraine "On High Council of Justice" and "On right to a fair trial."
