Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Chapter XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of Customs Code of Ukraine (as to peculiarities of taxation of importation of woodworking equipment to revive industrial production)"

The draft law is aimed at stimulation of development of woodworking complex of Ukraine and consolidation of export potential of the country via the expansion of production, attraction of investments and creation of jobs.

The draft law offers to temporarily (until January 1, 2017) exempt importation of woodworking equipment under HS codes of 8465 from taxes.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2618.
