Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into Chapter XX "Transitional provisions" of Tax Code of Ukraine (as to peculiarities of taxation of importation of woodworking equipment to revive industrial production)"

The draft law offers to temporarily (until January 1, 2017) exempt importation of woodworking equipment under HS codes of 8465 and 8419 32 00 00 from taxation.

Therefore, it is offered to supplement Subchapter 2, Chapter XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax Code of Ukraine with new Item of respective contents.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2617.
