Verkhovna Rada Committee for Environmental Policy, Environmental Management and Elimination of Consequences of Chornobyl NPP Disaster supports draft law "On introduction of amendments into Article 5 of Law of Ukraine "On court fee" as to expansion of list of subjects exempted from court fee"

The document offers to supplement Section 1 of Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On court fee" with new Item 25 that envisages exemption of the Environmental and Natural Resources Ministry, State Ecological Inspectorate and its territorial bodies from court fee in cases related to authorities of the said bodies.
