Workgroup for elaboration of new wording of draft Labor Code of Ukraine hears proposals of employers and trade unions association

The workgroup is established under the Verkhovna Rada Committee for Social Policy, Employment and Pension Coverage with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Social Policy, a joint representative body of all-Ukrainian associations of trade unions at the national level, a joint representative body of employers at the national level and the Legislation Institute of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Participants of the hearings took the decision to elaborate required amendments into the draft code taking in account decisions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as well as the proposals of the Ministry of Social Policy elaborated in 2014.
