The Verkhovna Rada Committee for State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government has recommended that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis and on the whole the draft resolution "On introduction of amendments into Verkhovna Rada Resolution No. 32-VII "On amendments into administrative-territorial structure of Donetsk region, change and establishment of borders of Volnovakha, Novoazovsk and Telman districts of Donetsk region" dated December 11, 2014."

The draft resolution No. 2321 envisions inclusion of the villages of Vynohradne, Pionerske, Prymorske of Vynohradne village council into the borders of the city of Mariupol (Donetsk region).
