Verkhovna Rada adopts as a basis draft law “On introduction of amendments into Tax Code of Ukraine as to creation of fair conditions for sale of farm produce and support to direct farm producers”

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a basis the draft law “On introduction of amendments into Tax Code of Ukraine as to creation of fair conditions for sale of farm produce and support to direct farm producers.”

The draft law offers to exempt exportation of grains and industrial crops (not by agricultural producers and enterprises, which directly acquire such crops from farm producers-single tax payers of the IV category) from value added tax.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2527.
