The Verkhovna Rada Committee for Legislative Support to Law Enforcement has eyed four draft laws on reformation of national security.
Members of the Committee discussed draft laws: No. 2822 “On national police,” No. 2561 (adapted) “On interior affairs bodies,” No. 2567 (adapted) “On services and service centers of Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ukraine,” No. 2562 (adapted) “On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine as to improvement of regulation of relations in field of traffic safety.”
At the end of the meeting, Committee members decided to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine put the draft law No. 2822 onto the agenda of one of its further sessions.
They also decided to eye draft laws Nos. 2561, 2562 and 2567 at the next Committee meeting scheduled for May 20, 2015 after the reception of respective conclusions from the Main Scientific-Expert Department of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat.
