Verkhovna Rada adopts Law “On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine “On higher education” as to introduction of limits during election of heads (acting heads) of higher education establishments”

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law “On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine “On higher education” as to introduction of limits during election of heads (acting heads) of higher education establishments.”

The Law is elaborated to avoid access of unprofessional persons to higher education establishments’ managerial positions.

The Law determines legal and organizational grounds for participation in tender for the post of a head of a higher education establishment.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2599-1.
