The Verkhovna Rada Committee for European Integration has eyed a number of draft laws on their correspondence to the Law of European Union, Ukraine’s obligations in the frames of the Council of Europe and the Association Agreement between Ukraine on the one hand and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and its member states on the other hand.
The Committee meeting took place on May 12 and was headed by Committee’s chair Iryna Heraschenko.
Committee members supported the draft law No. 2787 “On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine on associations of Euroregion cooperation;” the draft law No. 2743 “On introduction of amendments into Budget Code of Ukraine as to enactment of institutional capacity of National Bank of Ukraine;” and the draft Law No. 2423 “On introduction of amendments into some Laws of Ukraine as to consolidation of transparency in field of partnership relations to avoid corruption.”
