Verkhovna Rada adopts Law "On introduction of amendments into Article 21 of Law of Ukraine "On state secret"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On introduction of amendments into Article 21 of Law of Ukraine "On state secret."

The legislative act specifies composition of secret bodies and recalls previous wording of Section 3, Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On state secret."

The Law rules that a secret body consists of units of regime, classified document management and other units directly engaged in protection of state secret depending on specific nature of activity of a state body, local self-government body, an enterprise, an institution and an organization.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2285.
