On May 10, the M.M. Gryshko National Botanic Garden hosted solemn events on the occasion of Mother's Day. The event was initiated by the Rivni Mozhlyvosti [Equal Opportunities] interfaction association at the Verkhovna Rada and the Za Rivni Mozhlyvosti interfaction association at the Kyiv city council along with the Kyiv city state administration and under the aegis of Presidential Envoy for Peaceful Settlement of the Conflict in Donetsk and Luhansk Regions Iryna Heraschenko.
Other participants of the event were people's deputies, co-heads of Rivni Mozhlyvosti Olena Kondratiuk, Mariya Ionova and Aliona Babak, as well as deputies of the Kyiv city council, members of Za Rivni Mozhlyvosti, and representatives of civil and non-government organizations.
