The Verkhovna Rada Committee for Combating Corruption has declared 75 draft legislative acts as corresponding to the requirements of anticorruption law.
At the same time, the Committee ruled that nine draft laws contained corrupt factors and do not correspond to requirements of the anticorruption legislation.
The Committee declared draft laws Nos. 2420, 2421, 2422 submitted to adapt the draft law No. 2419 were also declared non-corresponding to the requirements of the anticorruption legislation.
Besides, the Committee decided to give 10 days for non-government organizations to provide candidacies for the seats of members of the tender commission from the list prepared by the National Anticorruption Bureau. Respective decision of the Committee will be published in the Holos Ukrainy parliamentary newspaper.
At the meeting of the Committee, Director of the National Anticorruption Bureau Artem Sytnyk informed about the start of his work on the position and drew attention to the necessity for introduction of amendments into effective Law to regulate some issues related to activity of the Bureau.
