Chairperson of Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman has expressed condolences with Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Joseph Harper and Speaker of the Canadian House of Commons Andrew Scheer upon passing of Speaker of Canada's Senate Pierre Claude Nolin.

“Canada has lost a politician dedicated to serving all the Canadians for over twenty-one years,” respective telegram reads.

On behalf of the Ukrainian parliamentarians, Groysman expressed sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Pierre Claude Nolin.
