The draft law No. 2679 envisions introduction of a number of novels that would facilitate improvement of business environment in Ukraine and raise country’s rating in the Doing Business rating.
In particular, it is planned to introduce effective mechanism of protection of creditors’ rights in the process of restoration of solvency of debtors.
The draft law envisions enabling external manager to order an auction for the sale of debtor’s property and to post information about the auction for the selection of auction’s organizer on the specialized website of the state bankruptcy body.
The draft law improves certain terms in the field of maintenance and use of records from the State Land Cadastre as well as standalone provisions in the field of state registration of proprietary rights to real estate and their encumbrances.
