At its meeting on April 22, the Committee headed by Viktor Halasiuk eyed a number of draft laws on introduction of amendments into the Law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.”
Members of the Committee support the Cabinet of Ministers’ draft law No. 2493 “On introduction of amendments into the Law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs,” which offers simplification of the procedure of state registration of termination of central executive bodies, which are founders of other legal entities.
At the end of the discussion, people's deputies decided to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopt the said draft law as a basis in order to adapt the technical element and eliminate contradictions between terms of the effective Law.
