The draft law No. 1567 offers to adopt new Law “On list of state facilities not subjected to privatization” via the invalidation of currently effective Law of Ukraine.
New draft law offers shortening of the list of state facilities not subjected to privatization. Besides, it envisions approval to three lists of state facilities not subjected to privatization instead of two currently effective ones.
The document also offers to introduce a number of amendments into the Law of Ukraine “On state regulation of production and circulation of ethyl, cognac and fruit spirit, alcoholic drinks and tobacco goods” in order to put ethyl alcohol beyond the state monopoly.
It is also envisioned to introduce temporary protection of enterprises excluded from the Law of Ukraine “On list of state facilities not subjected to privatization” from bankruptcy procedure.
