The Verkhovna Rada Committee for Social Policy, Employment and Pension Coverage has recommended that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis the draft law “On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine as to social protection of Ukrainian citizens doing military service during special period.”

The draft law No. 2079 offers to expand the period of guarantees as to preservation of jobs for mobilized persons from 12 to 18 months and to spread the same rule for persons recruited for involuntary service, etc.
