Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Resolution “On introduction of personal sanctions against persons responsible for illegal imprisonment of Ukrainian officer, Verkhovna Rada deputy and member of Permanent Delegation to Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe Nadiya Savchenko”

The Resolution is aimed at introduction of sanctions against persons responsible for illegal imprisonment of Ukrainian officer, Verkhovna Rada deputy of the Batkivschyna All-Ukrainian Association faction and a member of the Permanent Delegation of Ukraine to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Nadiya Savchenko on the territory of the Russian Federation and at protection of her constitutional rights.

The Resolution is adopted in the wording of the Verkhovna Rada Committee for Foreign Affairs.

Respective draft resolution was registered under No. 2571.
