Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Resolution “On Recommendations of parliamentary hearings entitled “Decommissioning of Chornobyl NPP, Shelter facility and prospects of development of exclusion zone”

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has approved the Recommendations of parliamentary hearings entitled “Decommissioning of Chornobyl nuclear power plant, Shelter facility and prospects of development of exclusion zone.”

Pursuant to the document, before October 1, 2015, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will have to inform the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about the status of implementation of the said Recommendations.

Respective draft resolution was registered under No. 2519.
