On April 21, the first meeting of the deputy group for interparliamentary relations with the Italian Republic with the participation of Italian Ambassador to Ukraine Fabrizio Romano, First Secretary of the Italian Embassy to Ukraine Matteo Cristofaro, First Secretary of the Italian Embassy to Ukraine Andrea Domeniconi, and Second Secretary of the Italian Embassy to Ukraine Luca Trabalza.
The deputy group has prepared a proposal for Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman to initiate invitation of President of the Chamber of Deputies [Speaker of the Italian Parliament] Laura Boldrini. The deputy group has also addressed the Parliament of Italy to ratify the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, and to establish respective group of friendship in Italy.
