Hearings entitled “Social and medical protection of war veterans and celebration of 70th anniversary of Victory over Nazism in Europe” held at Verkhovna Rada Committee for Affairs of Veterans, Combatants, Anti-Terror Operation Participants and Disabled People

The Verkhovna Rada Committee for Affairs of Veterans, Combatants, Anti-Terror Operation Participants and Disabled People has held hearings entitled “Social and medical protection of war veterans and celebration of 70^th anniversary of Victory over Nazism in Europe.”

Members of the Committee initiated elaboration of some important draft laws, in particular, on abolition of taxation of pensions of most vulnerable strata of veterans.

The proposals as to the recommendations as a result of the hearings can be sent to the Committee during the forthcoming week.
