The Verkhovna Rada Committee for Construction, City Planning, and Housing-Public Utility Economy has held hearings entitled “On implementation of Recommendations of parliamentary hearings dedicated to protection of rights of hostel residents, problems and solutions.”
Participants of the hearings were people's deputies, representatives of central and law enforcement bodies, representatives from judicial system, prosecutor's office, local self-government bodies, non-government organizations, owners of hostels, and all-Ukrainian non-government organizations of hostel residents.
Participants of the Committee hearings agreed with the proposals of people's deputy Stashuk supported by people's deputy Shynkovych to elaborate recommendations and send them in written for consideration of the Committee before May 1, 2015.
The Committee will have to validate and post on its official website the adapted recommendations during the first ten days of May.
